Hi, I’m Alex, the Founder and Managing Director of The People Factor.
Since its establishment in 2010, The People Factor has been guiding organisations through transformational change, facilitating team cohesion, and supporting individual capability development. Our experience spans a wide spectrum of clients, from working with Australian giants, multinational companies, and government agencies to schools, universities, SMEs, and family businesses.
The People Factor team consists of highly skilled, cross-industry, cross-discipline, Director-level professionals. We leverage science-based theory and tools overlayed with pragmatism and creativity. We take a human-centred approach to change and apply the same level of rigour to our own development as we encourage in others.
